Photographs, names and descriptions show typical catalogue patterns. Actual size, weight, steel, handle and finish are set by your requirement and confirmed in your quotation or approved sample.
Inquiries and quotations
Sending an inquiry does not create an order. A quotation is an offer we make to you for the period stated on it. An order is only binding once we both confirm it in writing.
Orders, payment and delivery
Prices, quantities, payment terms, lead times, shipping terms and responsibility for duties and taxes are set out in your quotation or proforma invoice. Those documents take priority over this website.
Custom and private-label work
You confirm that you have the right to use any drawing, design, brand name or logo you send us. Drawings and samples you share are used only to quote for and make your order.
